RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SilverRainStudio! We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase.

Theatrical Makeup is NOT refundable/returnable. Due to health considerations, we will not accept returns on any cosmetic products. In the event cosmetic merchandise is damaged by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim for reimbursement by either the carrier or SilverRainStudio. Non-cosmetic products are returnable.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within two business days of being placed. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

SilverRainStudio also sells wholesale to the Trade. We offer a broader range of products than those available through the internet. For WHOLESALE orders, premiums, specials and other products, please contact us by phone.

SALES TAX and SHIPPING

We are required by law to apply sales tax to the following states: NY. Sales tax will be determined by the ship-to address of the order and will be added onto the order. All shipping charges will be added onto the order.
